Through 30 years of practitioner experience, BellXcel saw first-hand that successful out-of-school time programs not only need engaging learning content, they also require strong operational and business practices.

To scale our proven model to more communities and impact the most children possible, we looked for a technology solution that would seamlessly combine these elements. Finding nothing on the market, we decided to build it ourselves.
